Our online and mobile-friendly survey measures a church’s perceived health based on six purposes of the church: worship, evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and ministry. Church leaders provide a representative sampling of the church membership, we provide a 35-page report that includes a written summary highlighting key findings and providing suggestions for addressing any raised concerns.
Pricing is dependent on church size and begins at $350.
(Sampling size is 20% of avg attendance)
Demographic and Psychographic Analysis
A 6-page graphical 'Smart Report' organizing key faith indicators of your community - telling your who your community is and how they think.
Website Review
A review of the key areas of your church's website including first glance readability, positioning of key data, and quick glance information for visitors.
Written Summary
We will provide a written summary of the major trends and analysis of our findings with suggestions for your consideration.
Ministry Area Profile
A 27-page comprehensive demographic and psychographic report including extensive demographic data, faith indicators, primary concerns, lifestyle clusters, and six "InfoMaps" used for neighborhood detail. (The Profile provides detailed data from which the above 'Smart Report' is generated.)

Onsite Visit
The onsite visit consists of a comprehensive facility and grounds tour including parking, signage, education rooms, etc.
Community Tour
A tour of the community by the consultant so they can get a general sense of the community directly around the church by observation and community interaction.
Staff Interviews
We take the time to interview key church staff to gain their unfettered opinion and input on their experience at the church.
Congregation Interviews
We randomly choose a cross-section of the members who completed the Church Health survey to interview personally.
In-Person Secret Guest Survey
A secret guest report and analysis of your worship services, facilities, and guest-friendliness.
Comprehensive Written Report
We provide a comprehensive written report that synthesizes all the information we have garnered from our visit plus other information over the course of several weeks and present the report to you with the raw data in a digital PDF file.
