Giving directly to CMA or one of our sponsored projects directly from your IRA is a great way to maximize your tax benefits.
We welcome gifts of any size.
Here is what you need to know:
A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), also known as IRA Charitable Rollover, enables individuals age 70½ or older to give directly from your IRA without the distribution counting as taxable income
If you have a required minimum distribution from your IRA, making a QCD to Inheritance of Hope counts toward your required minimum distribution without counting as taxable income
You can make a qualified charitable distribution by informing your IRA custodian that you want to donate to Inheritance of Hope directly from your IRA
Donating IRA assets directly – rather than selling them and then donating the proceeds – enables you to save on your taxes and inspire more hope!Donations to Christian Ministry Alliance are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; EIN 46-3408177.
Your IRA gift must be completed by December 31 to be eligible for your tax return.
Remember that it may take several business days to process after you submit the information.
